Such a great location. Short walk to the beach, fantastic restaurants and bakeries just outside. No keycards, just codes which is great for families heading to the beach at different times. There is no physical reception but via WhatsApp we had any issues sorted withing an hour. I was really happy here. Rooms we just a touch on the small side but really, really clean and nice.
The room was pretty good and the location is the best with reasonable proce but you need to be prepared of selfsevice for check in (throught Whatapp) no reception/reseration on board.

Location is its strength. Rooms are clean and recently renovated with modern decor. No manned reception available, no basic supplies like a tea cup or kettle etc. Be warned, despite high price, many rooms have virtually no natural light or any outlook - get a confirmation of the exact room before booking, otherwise they can allocate you to a room lower than what you paid. Hotel rooms are only 1 level, apartments they don't control are above with poor acoustics.
Close from everything! I had a conference just across the street. Checking in was fast via whatsapp. Only thing we didn’t like was that they dont have iron. However, we were able to buy easily from some of the asian stores. Parking garage is across the street and is safe. We left the car for three daty and costs 30 Euros per day.
