We had an amazing stay and I wish we stayed for longer. The views of the sea were something I'll never forget; I still look at the photos on my phone. The hotel has a perfect location, a walk to the old town but not deep inside where you'd have to walk for a taxi. Also facing forward on the beach for the most beautiful views. I don't think any other hotel is as perfectly placed. The rooms were gorgeous, spotless, and large. The bathroom was beautiful and perfectly sized for two people. Even the furnishings were ornate enough to make me smile. The service was great. We didn't realize until the last day but the concierge helped us immensely with traveling out of Donostia and saved us an hour on a slow train. It was the only hotel stay I'm remembering weeks later. I can't wait to come back!

The website lied, it is even more than we could have imagined! Spectacular location, breathtaking views, unforgettable staff, gracias Paula who was the first to great us with a smile and allowed me to practice my Spanish, Laura, Olatz, Eider, Imanol, were so polite so gracious! Now Edurne what a great person, who helped us to find a room to replace our original one that had construction noise, gracias. When you stay a Londres, the concierge make the whole difference and boy did she, Leire ensure our whole week encompasses everything we needed to explore, discover, enjoy San Sebastian as locals. All the little history, the hidden gems she shared, from must see to stay away ( not worth it) from old town to new town, we cannot thank you enough for such an amazing time amongst you all. Until we meet again Gracias por todos!! The restaurant is great, have the fries!!!! Breakfast is very good. There is a beautiful elevator, you must ride at least twice during your stay. Bottom line, sea view or not, this hotel is the best hotel in San Sebastian, the hospitality is the best... Gracias

Beautiful location and beautiful hotel. What made it really special were the people. Juan Miguel went above and beyond to help with my car and Leire saved the day when I woke up with a sinus infection. Every time I would walk through the lobby they would check to see how I’m feeling. Great home away from home!

Had a nice stay at the property, and appreciated the gesture of a move to a room with a sea view. Even with the scaffolding and the green net, the sea was still visible, and hearing the waves was a treat. Work started at around 10am during our stay, so not too early! Staff was friendly and there was excellent cleanliness. Breakfast was decent (the room is lovely - comfortable chairs and banquettes) with friendly staff. Downside was the hot food station as things were luke warm (eggs didn't hold heat long enough to get back to the table to be eaten hot). Nice touch to have carafes of coffee, warm milk and fresh OJ at each table. Two elements that were odd / annoying for staying at such a 'luxe' hotel were the lack of complimentary water in the room, and the see-through single-ply paper product in the bathroom. Small things, but it leaves a feeling of cheapness around what is very much not an inexpensive stay. If a mid-market chain hotel can manage bottles of water each day and better quality paper products at their accessible price point, surely a top of range one can as well.

What a fabulous place to stay in San Sebastian! From Andrea's very warm welcome to Leires's daily chats with our family and kids I couldn't fault this excellent example of top class hospitality. Our junior suite with sweeping sea views was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast (and service) exceptional. The location is also perfect for beach access and just five minutes from the Old Town too. Parking was straightforward so as long as you're comfortable negotiating tight multi-storey car parks. If you're coming to San Sebastian be sure to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Loved it!
