Service: in an era of bad customer service this place is the exception: they went ‚the extra mile‘ to help us - we had a booking, non refundable, at checkin they already had given me the room key when I give the passports of my family and they saw the 2y old toddler‘s passport and informed us that immediately on front of the hotel there will be a loud concert / music festival until 2am, and let us cancel with full refund and even helped with the cancellation / refund process. Outstanding in these times. Super nice and charming ladies also. Rooms: looked great and very clean, but I can’t say how comfortable e.g. the beds would have been, as we didn’t stay. Location: superb, at the beach. Sunset view. Summary: highly recommended.
first i had troubles to find a Parking - was Sat. eve. but Guido, the receptionist was very helpfull and gave me some good inputs.. the room was clean - bathroom with good shower and hot water..👍
Great location, clean, and great service and great staff, but... I paid for breakfast and when I got there they gave me my money back, saying there was no breakfast. I was disappointed because I don't like waking up and going after breakfast.
Wonderful staff. Clean room. Great location for accessing the beach. A 15 walk to the old town but it’s pleasant as you walk along the beach . A/C worked and was super quiet. Good shower pressure. Bike hire stations nearby. I was on the second floor and had a beautiful view of the beach.
Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was absolutely amazing. They gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation to a place we wanted to go but was not in walking distance. The breakfast included was simple and very delicious. The room was comfortable and had AC and small desk for work. The room was clean, but no extra toiletries. Location wise, it is right on the beach and next to a pizza place, a small bar, and playground. It is away from the old town section of San Sebastian, but it is a great break from the rush of that area. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff as above and beyond helpful and sweet.
