5 / 5 Fantastic visit. Every staff member was excellent and I would like to point out several who made our stay so good. Sarah at the front desk gave us great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. Nuria, who checked us in, was efficient and helpful. Victor was nice and made good drinks in the bar and last but not least, was Borja who got our luggage to our rooms, parked our car and mapped out the city for our 2 day stay. Truly a magnificent stay! Thank you!
1 / 5 This hotel has serious security and training issues. I urge anyone considering a stay to think twice — your safety and privacy are at risk.
I booked three nights here.
After the first night, at 10:05 AM, while I was asleep in my bed, a housekeeper unlocked and entered my room — without knocking, without announcing herself, without permission, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly hanging on my door.
I woke up terrified, screaming in shock as a stranger stood in my room. The housekeeper left only after yelling something in Spanish. My hands were shaking as I called the front desk. They casually told me that room 415 had requested toilet paper, but the housekeeper mistakenly entered 405 — my room.
Let’s be clear:
A “Do Not Disturb” sign was up.
I was in bed.
She did not knock.
She simply unlocked and walked in.
It was 10am in the morning.
That is a gross violation of privacy and a serious safety failure.
When I called the front desk to report it, I expected an apology — instead, I got excuses. I was told it was “a misunderstanding.” While I was still on the phone with the manager, the same housekeeper came AGAIN, trying to open my door. At that moment, I realized I couldn’t stay there another night.
The staff member was unprofessional, rude, and unable to communicate in English, which made the situation even more distressing.
To make matters worse, the door itself didn’t have a proper lock or latch, unlike standard hotel doors. I could not secure it from the inside. Imagine that — after someone already broke into your room once, you can’t even lock the door to feel safe again.
I packed my things immediately and left. I didn’t sleep another minute in that place.
If you care at all about your safety, privacy, and peace of mind, stay away from this hotel. No one deserves to wake up to a stranger entering their room.
Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here. Ever
5 / 5 Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff especially offered by the Concierge Service and the professional and friendly, Oihane.
Good bar service and relaxing space to sit
Great location so close to the seafront.
It was a perfect stay.
3 / 5 Staff were kind and attentive, but the stay overall was disappointing. We had to request everything — slippers, towels, iron — and there were no real amenities in the room, not even a smart TV. Bottled water was cheap plastic and rationed out reluctantly. Housekeeping was poor: rooms weren’t properly tidied, shower kits weren’t replaced, and an old iron they eventually provided leaked water onto my clothes. Mold was a serious issue; even after management moved us to another room, the smell of mildew remained. Traffic noise and loud cleaning crews made mornings unpleasant. Restaurants closed early, no valet service after a certain hour, and breakfast was terrible: stale items, fake-tasting juice, and unappetizing presentation. Definitely not up to standard despite the friendly staff. More like a poorly maintained 3-star hotel.
5 / 5 Beautiful Hotel. Clean, modern and relatively spacious rooms, quiet and equipped with roller blinds to keep the room completely dark at night. We had a standard room to the backyard with a small terrasse, which was nice, because very quiet.
Location was perfect for us, because the hotel is situated in the second row from la concha, making it very easy if you want to take a swim or whatever at the beach. Nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and 10 min walk to the old town.
