I was not happy about my stay at the guesthouse. They have got a strict policy concerning the check-in. If you arrive late, whatever the circumstance (traffic, accident etc), they will charge you extra! Furthermore, they do not offer a place to store your luggage the next day. If you have a question, even about extending your stay, they will not answer the phone for hours. I only received a message at noon. Very unprofessional and unpersonal. The facilities are okay but for the price they should offer more. I felt a bit betrayed...
STAY AWAY. FRAUDULENT, DODGY, RUN DOWN PENSION WITH EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Upon arrival they claim your card payment doesnt work even though reservation was confirmed by booking.com. Then they ask for cash payment but refuse to give you a receipt for it. Staff called Lucas took my suitcases from inside my locked room (he had given me a key) and throwed them out of the pension. I ended up calling the police.
No real windows, only out to ventilation schakt. Good centrally location Very narrow entrance into bathroom since door stops against toilet ....
Friendly staff, great location and good value for money. Comfortable beds, hot shower, WiFi and all clean.
