I do not recommend this hotel. I did not have a good self guide to my room, did not know which floor, could not open the door to the room either. owner said if I do not get in the room, he will not charge me. I was charged two nights which I am disputing with my visa card. I end up paying another hotel for night 300 Euro. Told booking.com they did not do anything for me. No follow up The guy who supposed to be the guid is very rude and arrogant and interrupt you all the time. I was not able to get in the room, left the hotel, and they charged me.

Lovely last minute 2 night stay. I’ve never stayed at a pension before and I can say the cleanliness, communication, ease of entry with clear instructions, and the location of this place was outstanding. I would definitely book again and only wish I would’ve stayed longer.

I had a great 1 night stay here in April 2025, and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere just to sleep whilst staying in Donostia / San Sebastian. The whole place was really clean and nicely furnished. The two shared bathrooms were great quality, with massive walk-in showers plus towels, soap, shampoo, and shower gel were provided. Note that there are no kitchen facilities or lounge spaces - just bedrooms and shared bathrooms. The location is fantastic, in the lively centre of the old town. Jonathan was really helpful with facilitating the booking and providing check-in/out instructions over Whatsapp in English. We booked really last minute and it was easy for us to check in late at 11pm. Visiting in mid April, it wasn't hot and so we didn't have any issues with air con or comfort, and we kept the balcony door shut. I can't comment on what it might be like when it's hotter, as other reviewers have written about, but if you need the door open I can imagine it might be noisy - it's right next to a plaza with a few bars open til late. One small criticism is that our room was sold to us as a double bed, but we were provided with two singles pushed together with two separate single duvets.

We spend 2 nights here. Best location right in the heart of San Sebastian. The shared bathrooms are very very clean. It’s a little sweet pension. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Very centrally located room but it is extremely loud. We could not sleep at night due the the loud noise from the streets until past 3:00am as well as other guests coming in late and talking and showering until 2:00 or 3:00am. The room was also extremely hot, almost unbearable and very bright due to the streetlight shining into the room. It is a good location, easy to access and kept clean but I do not believe worth it if you want a good night of sleep.
