Price wise, they are well located; although very noisy and you can hear literally everything from the other rooms and from outside of the building. The room is neat, but the bathroom is too tight, doesn't drain properly, and dirty. We were recommended by the customer service personnel to park in the restricted area without warning that may cause us to get fined. I called the personnel to ask directions as we had difficulty understanding the new rules of driving in restricted areas in the city (which where the parking is). She was not very welcoming and borderline rude. We couldn't complain much with the price that we paid, but it was a disappointing choice. Thought that we got a good deal, it was not.

We had such a pleasant experience at Marisol Guesthouse. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was ideal — quiet yet close to everything. Great value for money, and the personal touch really made it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for ten nights and it was just right for my needs. The price was reasonable so I didn’t feel bad leaving it empty for a couple of overnight trips. The room had all necessities. The main attraction is location, walking distance to many important sites in town. Service was not amazing. I sent a message requesting some cleaning and fresh towels and heard nothing for almost 48 hours. Ultimately it was done and they were friendly about it. Yes, the area can be a bit noisy at times, probably especially so with windows open. But it was cool during my trip so they were closed at night and the noise wasn’t a major problem. All things considered, it was great value for money.

Avoid at all costs. Extremelly noisy - you won't be able to sleep at night. Really unkind hosts. They forbid me to use the showers after a 30 min delay check out and when I accessed the room realised they took the towels away (It was during the Behobia race, their anwer was literally " Go and use the public showers". This is a perfect example of everything you want to avoid to have a pleasant stay. Expensive, noisy, and unkind.

AC was broken in the room. Had to sleep in 30+ every night. The service was okay, they did bring a sort of fan, and also let me in early to drop a bag off. Otherwise the fact that I received no confirmation or receipt for the hotel, and it too an angry call to the booking service to get even the right phone number, made for a stressful situation. Room had a bed, a shower, a toilet (and bidet) and no outside windows. Location in the city is kinda nice though.
