Good location and decent accommodation in our interior room. Car Park is a different story. Hundreds of yards from the hotel difficult to find and unsafe. Do NOT use the hotel car park! Suggest you leave the car above ground if possible.
Is OK BUT ….Don’t use “their” car parking. “Their” car park - Okemba via Telpark - has burglars. We thought we were reserving secure hotel parking. But, overnight our quarter light was bashed in. Glass everywhere. I was cut. Nice receptionist gave us a vac to remove the glass and helped me patch the gap up with cardboard, sellotape etc b4 our 9 hour drive to Andalusia. But from reading reviews of the car park later, it was clear these break-ins were routine and recent. Some why offer it?!. It’s actually a block or two away, unlocked, so open to thieves and regularly targeted and it clearly has zero security staff - our Lexus alarm would have been deafening but we didn’t see a soul when we collected it. That’s our last visit to San Sebastián. PS receptionist WAS helpful but almost as if she’d done this a few times before. Plus on arrival there the day b4 (knackered after a long drive) we kind of had a hint to park with our boot by wall and leave nothing in car. They knew. Wish we’d challenged them but we just needed to slump. Thanks Hotel Parma!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Parma in San Sebastián. The hotel is in a fantastic location – just a short walk to the Old Town and the beach, making it the perfect base to explore the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were also excellent – friendly, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or directions.Overall, Hotel Parma offers great value in a perfect location, with warm hospitality that makes you feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Sebastián.
Standard no frills serviceable hotel. We stayed as part of a Camino tour. Some staff were lovely, others not so much. Good breakfast, rooms very basic. Glad we had only the one night.
I stayed for 2 nights and loved it. The people working at the hotel made me feel welcomed and they were so hospitable. The moment they noticed that I'm not good with Spanish, they immediately switched to English. The location is perfect too. So close to the old town and just across the bridge is the new city. It's wonderful to hear the sea from the room too.
