It had a quiet, very clean room, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Had several electrical plugs, which was useful for charging phone and laptop. Wireless worked perfectly. Front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.
Very decent little pension, located relatively close to Playa Concha and Old Town. It is very clean and the staff is quite nice. Room was small but not tiny. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. I would have liked air conditioning or a ceiling fan, and a slightly larger refrigerator. Overall, it was good.
The reception was very nice and communication overall very friendly but I can't say I enjoyed my stay here, mostly because the room, and the area round the bed in particular, had a very unpleasant smell, a bit like old sweaty socks. I suspect that the mattresses were causing the odor. I found this unacceptable and it should be taken care of. Also the bathroom door was scratching on the floor and would get stuck halfway, which seems like an easy thing to fix. I'd recommend spending extra for a proper hotel. I was in room 5 by the way.
Good hotel within a short walk from the old town. Small hostel/hotel so it was easy to hear people coming in and out, however, everyone was very respectful of others so noise was not an issue. Had an issue with after hours check in directions (wasn’t told I would be getting an email when I booked) so I had to call someone. It was quickly addressed/fixed which I am thankful for. Overall good stay and would stay again! 😊
Very kind staff and clean rooms. I sent two friends to the reception desk but I didn’t live there for night. My friends needed to catch an early taxi to the airport. The receptionist helped us to make a reservation and told us the detailed waiting point. You will have to turn left and walk to the corner and wait at the front gate of a BBVA bank because it is a taxi parking place. Very close to the beach and there is a nice bar with most local residents. Also u can find a cheap fruit shop downstairs.
