Excellent reception. All was clear since the beginning! The room is Nice and Warm. So close to beach and great restaurants near us Ask for a large place for my mustang, got one and parking is with an easy access and large too to road onto. Tranks a lot
Excellent rooms, with digital entry system, very useful. Friendly staff, Paula was very kind and provided all the necessary information regarding iur stay in the city, so professional. Clean, with comfortable beds, and modern design. Location is quite central, with bus stops and several shops/ restaurants nearby.
Will stay here again! Good vibes! Location was perfect, a good 10-15 walk from to old town, good exercise for me especially after all the eating! The room was very cozy. We could relax comfortably in our room. The TV was smarttv so i can connect my netflix and spotify. The little refrigator is a plus! Coffee and tea at your disposal! The bathroom was spacious, and had a space for our toiletries. The staff was knowledgeable and verybaccommodating!
It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and there were no windows with a good view, but it was good price, the staff were kind and the room was clean and comfortable. Also, I was grateful that there were some coffee and snacks available 24 hours a day next to the reception.
I truly recommend staying in Pension Arroka. Hotel is perfectly located, in a walking distance to everything you may want to see. It is very convenient that you can go to the restaurants, beach, bus/train station within 15 minutes. Room was clean and we really had everything we needed. Moreover staff is super helpful, kind and will provide you with any recommendations you may need. I would definitely come back to this place :)
