Pension Goiko

We visited for three nights during high season. The room, kitchen and bathrooms were extremely dirty. My bed linen were also dirty. Our room also had problems with black mold. The person welcoming us was really nice but the owner (I think) were quite rude and really hard to communicate with. The location is great and the price is acceptable concerning its high season. But it is the worst place I ever stayed out, with 10+ years experience of staying at hostels, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s very dirty everywhere, it’s definitely the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.. When we visit it was warm and very high humidity in San Sebastián, the house had allot of problems with black molds in the bathrooms and in our room. The kitchen was so dirty and smelly, I would never cook there. The location is great, but I would never return because of the condition of the place.. The young girl working there were friendly and helpful, but the owner weren’t friendly at all..

The location of the hostel is great, there are lots of restaurants and bars around and it's only a few minutes walking from the main beaches in the city. The bathroom was really dirty, I think that it was not cleaned at all during our stay (3 nights) and the garbage bin was full most of the time. The room had a balcony to an interior patio with bad food smell all day long due to a restaurant kitchen. The staff was not very helpful.

Except for the location, this place is terrible. The place is dirty, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. The towels are hand towels, the room was stuffy with no air-conditioning and the tiny ceiling fan positioned far away from the bed. Worst of all, the staff do not care about providing any service to you and do not care for the place. Better to avoid it if you can.

We booked a room with private bathroom. We only stayed one night. Very dirty, full with mold, reception only from 11:00 AM available. At the end we got our money back. For the money you can find another place. DO NOT STAY There!!!!!
