Rooms are basic but clean and tidy, can hear everything from the street when the window is open but it's fine when they're closed, I did wake up to someone else's alarm though so the walls are pretty thin! Rooms are warm but there is a wall fan. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is spotless. Man at the desk is very nice, kind and helpful. Super central location.

Simple but clean and convenient. There are four bathrooms for eight rooms. I never had to wait for one. All people that I met here were super nice and helpful.

Located in heart of the old town, one block from the market and five mins to La Concha beach. Excellent for strolling, browsing and tapas. Short walk to Zurriola Beach about 10 mins. We had a dbl room, shared spacious bathroom , both spotless. Were here in August for four days over a weekend. Our room backed on to quiet back of other apartments, and there was no noise issue. There are roller blinds to lower to cut out the light, and our room had a fan ( only used it twice ) Wifi was good. Our host Jose was helpful, funny and professional. He speaks good english, and allowed us to leave our bags in a safe location after we checked out ( for an afternoon flight) A great place to stay and feel at ease

If you want clean, this is the place to stay. The bathrooms, bedroom, hallway, you name. Also very friendly staff and great old town location

Was left outside with all of our belongings at night on a dark and lonely street while we waited for the owner to get to the place from his other hotel (apparently he runs back and forth). NOT WORTH THE DANGER of possibly waiting in an alley-like street with all of your stuff and family at night or any time of day. If you want to stay in this vicinity I would recommend Pension Basic Confort (which is spelled confort with an n and is right in front of this place). Stayed there a separate time and they are lovely.
