Location great. Luca was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice but it was very hot (no a/c just a ceiling fan), and opening windows means lots of noise until 4 or 5am. Windows closed - no noise but very hot. Windows open - slightly cooler but very very noisy. If room were cooler it would be a 5* room. Was not expecting shared bathroom, but even sharing with several other guests, it was always clean and no competition.
Luca is a really good guy. Rooms clean, perfect location. Nothing to dislike. Or in spanish, Luca es una leyenda 5 🌟 residencia 👍👍👍👍👍
The location was bang in the centre of the old town with dozens of pinchos bars on your doorstep. The entrance was a bit tricky but look for the numbers and you will be fine. Our room had a very nice clean bathroom en suite but beware other rooms share a bathroom and toilet. The noise from outside can be loud but the double glazing did a great job of cutting out 80%. No aircon but a brilliant fan. Value for money not brilliant but you are in the centre of San Sebastián!
This is the best place to stay if you are to visit San Sebastian. It's location is the nearest you can get to all pintxos bars that this city has to offer. The beds are comfortable and clean and the toilets are kept clean too! The owners are very accomodating and friendly and gave us very good tips on what to do and where to go during our stay. Highly recommended!
We had an adequate size room right in the old city. Lots of noise from the people at the bars in the evening, but with the window closed it wasn't bad. Bathroom was nice. Check in was easy.
