Location was central, handy for exploring, tricky for sleep at night as pintxos hoppers can be rowdy. Room was smaller than expected and we got bitten by some insects on the bed. Elevator was tiny if you have suitcases and a pram. More suitable for young backpackers as you have to share a toilet...we thought we paid to have a shower and toilet.
Terrible. The bathroom sink is clogged. There is no cleaning of the rooms. There is nobody here to attend to guests, only by phone. You have to share a toilet, not as advertised. The system ( per App) to open the door did not work, we had to call some guy. Rooms not really clean and super small. And again: no staff on premises. Don't stay here.
The location is in a middle of old town. People works there are all nice and friendly! I'll stay here if I'll come back there in the future.
