Don’t even think about it! Dirty and old without doors. The staff is very hostile. We cancelled at the moment we saw it. They said they would return the money but we cannot find them since
The room was not really clean. The door in the bathroom is not closing. The toilet smells terrible. The mirror is smudged. The WiFi is very slow. It is literally not possible to sleep without ear plugs since it feels like the bed is in the middle of busy traffic. Super overpriced and not worth the money at all.
STAY AWAY. I cancelled well within the free cancellation period and have sent numerous emails with no response. I have been following up on the phone with little to no help at all. Shocking service with no care for their customers. DO NOT BOOK - they are stealing peoples money. Read all the horrible reviews yourself to see what a waste of money and time this company is!!!
There’s nothing to complement on. The lack of service and difficulties checking in , the noise (extreme road works outside window) which affected our sleep, the communication and lack of parking (which was mentioned on the booking site) was all terrible. Extremely expensive and not worth it.
STAY AWAY!! Avoid this place like the plague - I cancelled well within the cancellation period being fully entitled to a refund - yet they haven’t given it to me. They have ignored ALL my emails, when I call the receptionist is “new” and doesn’t know what to do, when Booking.com call them she then pretends not to speak English. Such a dodgy place, unlawfully keeping my money. Shame on them
