Good things: Shower pressure was really nice, place was big, beds comfortable, enough towels, good layout, good washing machine, nice balcony Some cons: toaster didn’t work, tv was very bad (audio and options), noisy people upstairs, lady who helped us was abrupt and difficult to communicate with, crockery was dirty and not enough for the amount of people staying, some lights not working, not enough dish liquid, only given one key between the 4 of us
Nice place, good mood, perfect accommodation. Everything went correct. I should repeat.
We were able to book remotely, pay in cash, and arrive late at night. Very accommodating. The room was nice, well-equipped, and well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable. Two downsides: the window whistled a lot and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.
They won't refund the money for a reservation canceled within the free cancellation period. They said two weeks from March 10th, and I'm still waiting. Since then, they haven't picked up the phone or answered again. Given the current situation, this is incredibly irresponsible, to say the least, with their business. Never again. I highly recommend it.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Bad experience. We don't recommend booking at San Sebastián For You, Mirando a la Concha. UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR management. They don't answer the phone, reply to emails, or contact you. When you make the reservation, they send you an email saying, "We will contact you at least 24 hours before your arrival in San Sebastian to arrange an estimated check-in time at the apartment." They DO NOT contact us at any time. The room check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. The email says, "If you need to make an inquiry or check-in outside of these hours, you can write to us by any means you prefer, and we'll be with you as soon as we're available." "Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (if you arrive earlier, please contact us)." We can't contact them before 3:00 PM to let them know we'll be arriving early, and they don't respond via email either. One of the phone numbers listed for calls DOES NOT EXIST. When we call the other phone number (after 3:00 PM), the unfriendly lady gives us a code for the apartment that isn't ours, it belongs to another couple. She tells me I have a message on Booking (I HADN'T BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING). She doesn't even know what reservations they have for that day. When we arrive, the room is open with the keys inside (something I don't see as normal). The TV is poorly positioned, and the room isn't 100% clean. They don't clean the room every day, nor do they replenish towels, toilet paper, shampoo, or body wash. If you have an emergency, you can only speak to them if the lady answers the phone between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING AT MIRANDO A LA CONCHA - SAN SEBASTIÁN.
