Breakfast needs more variety, such as tomatoes . Scrambled egg was always cold, same as was the sausages. Didn't understand the housekeeping policy they asked you to reuse towels but changed them... changed sheets the day before we left on a 4 night stay. Overall recommend the hotel for value and the central location.
Our stay in Sercotel San Sebastián from Dec 24 to the 27th 2025 was wonderful! As soon as we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by Helena, the front desk receptionist, with a warm smile and professional demeanor. The room was spacious and kept clean on a daily basis. The location was also great! Just a block from the beach. The breakfast was delicious! Lots of options and even fresh squeezed orange juice. Our first evening in San Sebastian, we experienced a wild night (I will leave the details out), and upon our return to the hotel, Laura, the evening receptionist, took us under her wing and made sure we were safe and comfortable. We our so grateful for her thoughtfulness and professionalism! Thank you! When we return, we will definitely stay at Sercotel San Sebastian.
From before we arrived I felt it good hands with your hotel. The email just before arriving was informative and clear. Our check-in process was quick, and the room was great. I also think the location is perfect, just close enough to everything to make my walking experience a good one.
We had a lovely surprising stay at the Sercotel San Sebastián hotel. The fellows at the Reception desk very very accommodating and made us feel welcome! Kudos!! Our room was top notch! Beautifully redecorated and an incredible view of the Palace of Justice. We will definitely stay again!!
You get what you pay for. The bed is small for a 5'7 or 174cm guy. Because of the old doors there is no stopping of noise from the hallway.
