The hotel is clean, has great service, and feels quite upscale for the price. My wife and son enjoyed out stay immensely and we would have loved to stay longer. The staff was courteous and professional. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby and the cleaning staff is very accommodating. If you will arrive late, ensure that you contact management in advance during open hours. Thus said, the process to check in, even after hours, was flawless. Very up to date on tech. Gracias Gros hotel !

Modern, high tech & economical hotel with cozy, well maintained rooms. Relatively quiet, friendly help & service at hand. Free coffee and cakes (not gluten free) as well as wifi. Well located within level walking distance of Gloss neighborhood pincho bars, Old Town and even Funicular. Easy to park nearby but Plaza de Cataluña public parking is very expensive so best to look elsewhere. On balance it makes a welcome change to a city style hotel.

Our stay here was excellent. The hotel is right in the heart of Gros, and a quick walk to the beaches and Old Town. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speaks English, which has been a huge boon. The room is small but clean, and has everything we could ask for. The fridge is a bit on the small side, but we made do. All in all, we would happily stay here again next time we're in San Sebastian!

Clean modern hotel which is also quite affordable. We were there on a public holiday so parking was available on the street about 5 minutes walk away. Staff did their best to help. Late check in is possible. Our main issues were that temperature control was a little difficult to dial down and that we could easily hear noises and conversations outside (corridor or other rooms) constantly from the morning though it was quiet at night. The main centre is about 15 minutes walk but there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby too.

Quiet, clean and well located, And very helpful staff. Just make sure you check in online in advance if arriving out of hours as it won't be staffed. But it's a great place to stay, we'll be back
