A pleasant stay in the heart of San Sebastian and very close to the beach. The duty manager at reception was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out to store our luggage and let us check in early. Clean, comfortable but small rooms.
We booked through booking app for our wedding day and night, hoping to get ready for our big day. Big mistake! First of all we had the smallest room directly across from huge construction site - very loud! The room had no amenities, not even a full length mirror! It had 2 towels no hand towels and so loud and noisy all day and night! Very disappointing for the $200./night save your money
Amazing hotel! Very clean and comfortable, perfectly situated in the heart of San Sebastian. I had a very nice room with a balcony and a view to nice and quiet street. Also the stuff was very friendly! The first night I discovered that the charger for my phone was not working anymore. But the guy at the reception was so kind to give me a charger and told me to keep it till my check-out!
Great place with good service. The only reason I have to to say 4 star for rooms, is not that the room was not 5 star, just the walls are thin and in the morning all I heard was doors and cleaners and vacuums. But if I had my earplugs it was 5 star! Great location , 7 min walk to the beach! Would go back. Also, of you have a large vehicle, don't park in the public parking undergrounds. It's 30 euro a night.
Booked a last minute stay here (which came at a much higher price than usual) for a 1 night stay in San Sebastián. Loved the location which is just a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, but on the smaller side. Our only issue was that the A/C wouldn't blow cold enough air to chill the room. The room got very hot at one point making it very difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the previous guest that stayed at this room (I assume, I'm not blaming the hotel for this) left an alarm on the TV at 3 am, waking us up all over again to the hot room. What would have been a good stay became a bad one due to bad A/C.
