New, clean, well equipped apartment close to city center. Public parking in near distance. Unfortunately there was a smoker in there before.
Absolutely perfect location near the old town. Wonderful view. Apartments very well equipped. Car has to be parked about 8 minutes away at the public parking lot or in the side streets behind it. It was never a problem. Everything was perfect.
Hello, good afternoon. I would like to share my experience here, so that other families and individuals considering booking this apartment don't have this problem. My wife, my daughter, and I booked the weekend of Saturday, May 31st, with check-out on Monday, May 2nd. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our two-year-old daughter had to be admitted to the hospital urgently, and she remains hospitalized. On Friday the 30th, we notified them that we wouldn't be able to travel because of this situation, and the response from the management was... that they weren't going to lose a night because of our daughter's hospitalization, as they didn't care at all that it was due to unforeseen circumstances. They charged us €75 for one night without giving us any further explanation and completely disregarding our situation. I am writing this to warn other families with young children about the lack of empathy and courtesy they have towards people when booking this apartment. Thank you.
We went to spend New Year's Eve there and the experience couldn't have been more pleasant. The only downsides are the lack of parking, but that's clearly stated when booking (however, in December we had no problem parking 5 minutes from the apartment), and the fact that it doesn't have an oven. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchenware was adequate, the refrigerator was perhaps a little small, and the soundproofing was good... but minor issues. We were very comfortable.
