Parked our bikes inside Hotel gates.Little courtyard area. Thought they were safe! Guy smoking from his room(Rooms are non smoking by the way.) flicked many butts on my Bike.Burnt holes in my seat.Management useless.Noise was atrocious. No reception at night.Impossible to sleep.Rooms are old and have a musty smell Left early.Would never ever return.

Basic no thrills room in a traditional hotel; decor of hall ways and reception was quite nice/grand. Rooms could be cleaner; when walking around barefoot you got dirty feet, I moved bed to do some yoga and floors very dusty and hairs etc. But location was great and price fair.

Basic rooms, and decent location. The reception is unavailable when needed and the cleaning staff are quite rude. The walls are super thin so lots of noise in the mornings. Even though we booked a double room, the amenities provided were for a single person. Bathrooms are also in need of a major update, bulbs hang out the ceiling and the shower door is almost impossible to close.

Hotel Luzón is right off of the main road into the town. It is has the feel of a stately place from a prior era and preserves a maritime feel throughout its halls and rooms. There is a nice patio and garden at the front entrance--a great place to do some light reading and smell the sea breeze. Our bedroom was modest and comfortable. The ceilings are quite high, and the bathroom was recently updated. Nothing too fancy but at very comfortable and pleasant stay. The reception staff was were very friendly and helpful.

This lovely old hotel is a time capsule of what travel used to be like. It is a three star hotel, but a five star experience for those looking for travel experiences that are a little different to the ordinary. It has the best location in town, adjoining the park and adjacent to wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed a corner room with a view over the castle, park, town and estuary. The hospitality was great, and continental breakfast, comfy beds and excellent showers set you up for the day. The internet is slow, but coped ok with email and messages, power points are limited to one per room, but it is a top class travel experience that will have you feeling like a time traveler.
