I had a great stay. The room was perfectly clean with a well equipped bathroom, and patio. The AC was powerful and the proper coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Before arrival I received detailed directions, check in instructions and local recommendations.

A lovely little hotel. Nice rooms, brand new furnishings, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. Te people running it are delightful and very helpful. Decent AC and bathroom, and some of the rooms also have a little patio area. Not too far from the city centre.
Super comfortable, massive bed, nicely decorated room, everything seemed new. Staff very accommodating, got great tips about places to see and where to eat in Santander. There's a convenient self check-in machine I haven't seen at hotels before, but the staff did their best to communicate and make sure they are there to help despite a rather late arrival. Location is fairly central with restaurants, shops, the promenade and the old centre within 10-15mins walk. For the light sleepers - walls are quite thin, woke up a few times to the 3AM chatter of some women upstairs.
This place is a great value for the price. It is centrally located in Santander with lots of food/drink/shopping options very close by, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay here.
