Great location and excellent room service. The food was also very good. A huge shoutout to the reception team — they were incredibly helpful! I had to ask for several favors related to a FedEx delivery, and they went above and beyond to assist me every time. Truly outstanding service. Thank you all!
Had a great time there , we arrive very early morning and they were able to accommodate us and even when we had to leave we were able to check out later . Which helped us a lot. Staff were very helpful and cannot say enough. Location was great 👍 and restaurant shops bakery and transports.
City break for a couple. Room was lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful. Hotel situated close to everything needed. Breakfast was varied and set us up for a day of walking around. Will use again if we visit in future.
A+ all the way. Great central location, rooms, beds, staff. We were a bit concerned as our room had windows on a street, but it was very quiet at night
We are clients of both the hotel and the cafeteria-restaurant. And the service at the cafeteria-restaurant is not consistent, ranging from very good to unkind (always correct, though) depending on the employee. Next time we will report her to the management if her behaviour persists.
