This is a delightful small hotel. In all my long years of travelling for work and leisure, I had never before found a personal, handwritten note on my bedside table, welcoming me and wishing me a nice stay. This was a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great, the room I stayed in was charming, with a very comfortable bed and nice décor, the hygiene was impeccable and the breakfast was very decent. I only stayed one night, but would have no hesitation in returning or in recommending this hotel to others. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Thank you!
Such a lovely surprise after my ferry was delayed one day. Booked this beautiful hotel for the night and had a great day exploring Santander. The reception staff and the ambience of the hotel make it a definite 10 for experience. Immaculate and with all the thoughtful extras that make a difference. Chocolates, welcome note, tea and coffee, amazingly comfortable bed, great shower and overall feeling of luxury. Price point was amazing for such a level of accomodation and high level of staff service. Would love to stay again when I am back in wonderful Spain.
Excellent hotel in the center of Santander. Safe parking close by, everything easy to reach by foot – shops, restaurants, and the sea. The room was clean and quiet, with air conditioning that works well and is quiet. Shower and bath were modern and comfortable. Prices are fair and reasonable. 24-hour reception is very helpful, and the staff is extremely polite and friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and they left a nice surprise in our room and congratulated us personally - it was a lovely touch! Perfect place for a short stay. I would come back.
We've only stayed for a short visit but I wouldn't mind extending it. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom nicely integrated. Considering the size of the apartment it never felt cramped. Location is also good, as the hotel isn't directly on the main street but still within a walking distance from the bus station and city center.
The room was impeccably clean and decorated. Service was excellent. I will definitely stay again.
