I just had THE BEST customer service experience and care with Bea who works and runs the space! She was responsive, helpful and supportive! Truly I wish more places treated visitors like this. The room itself is BEAUTIFUL! So well laid it and designed! I wish my apartment back home looked like this! You feel like you are in luxury in this home. The bed, sheets and pillows are also fantastic- and I have slept in at this point probably 50 beds during my travels and this one REALLY stood out. As did the tile work, carpet and curtains. The building itself is also quite soundproof which is a huge feat for Spain. Thank goodness for the carpeted stairs and rooms and heavy curtains which all contribute to containing sound. This is the ONLY place in Spain where I have experienced this and I applaud the team behind this construction for taking these steps to make the stays for visitors so peaceful. I would bring a pair of earplugs for the sound of crows and pigeons you will hear early in the morning. The yellow soap there smells nice too! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town!
Absolutely beautiful. Spacious, well appointed room that was immaculately presented. Being greeted by Pablo on arrival was an excellent touch as was the welcome pack in the room. Perfectly licated in the centre of town, it was any easy walk to whatever you would like to see. I have no hesitation in giving Lemon Suites in Santander the highest recommendation.
Everything was amazing, and we noticed no drawbacks! Apartments are located in the city centre, and there are many cafes and shops located nearby. The room was very cozy and clean, and you may expect complimentary biscuits upon arrival. One of the main advantages is that rooms do not have any common walls, thus, you do not hear any sounds coming from neighbours. Specially, I want to highligh hospitality of staff with very clear instructions on check-in and ways to get inside the apartments, and high responsiveness on any questions about the town!

I had a fabulous time here for 2 nights, apartament is in brand-new condition, has well equipped kitchen and is in the perfect location. Communication with hosts was great as well. We also really appreciated TV with screencast option that was actually working :)
