Pensión Real

I have been travelling through Spain from north to south for a month now and Pension Real is easily the best. I received a warm and personal welcome with clear information about where everything was. There were 2 clean and modern bathrooms with shower. A fridge too where I could keep food. The location was safe and perfect right across from the beautiful market. There are so many cool things to do in Santander and this is a great base. Thanks Mariana for making my stay so enjoyable.

The pensión is centrally located in the city center. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. Our room had a sink and a shower, while the bathroom was separate. The cafeteria in the mercado across the street serves great coffee. We stayed here while walking the Camino del Norte and really enjoyed our stay.

Could not be more pleased staying at Nueva Pensión Real. First, Mariana is very friendly and helpful. Second, the room was perfect, ie, super clean, fresh and well equipped with nice amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The central location in Santander is very good. Close to many of the sites, city center and easy walking distance from/to the train station. I would/will return and highly recommended.

stayed there for one night and it was great! perfect location so we could walk everywhere. nice staff, modern room and clean shared bathroom. we were also able to leave our luggage there on the departure & arrival day.

Located perfectly in the center, close to both train and bus stations, with bus access to the beach, and tapas bars in the neighbourhood. It is a great choice for a short stay. We really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, well decorated and the staff was nice and helpful.
