The bathroom (Oceania) smells like backed up sewage. It's completely unlivable. Other reviews say it smells "a bit" - it's gotten much worse to the point of being hard to sleep with a window open. I don't think it's a cleaning issue - the place looks clean and the cleaner is friendly.
Excellent little apart hotel right in the centre of Santander. Friendly staff and very clean. The whole city at your door step. The rooms have all the facilities you could want, coffee maker, hob, kettle, microwave, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge. All this with supermarkets close by makes it ideal for longer stays. It is a 20 min walk from the beach and 5 mins from the centro botin. Highly recommended.
Very good place. 2 rooms suite and helpful staff. The place doesn't own parking but they have an arrangement with a near parking lot at 15€ for the night or you can look for parking in the street like I did. You pay only between 10-14 and 16-20 maximum of 2 hours, 1.65€. Beware to park only on a blue line parking. The suite has a good location. We enjoyed it very much.
Make sure this is the place you selected because this is NOT art hotel. They share similar names but it's two different places. This place is boutique. They have several rooms on one floor and the receptionist is right outside your door. You can hear people walking around upstairs so if you want quiet then maybe this isn't a good choice
Very good and helpfull staff, very good location easy to find. Such a lovely place to stay. Very clean.
