Villa Olas y Llamas

Dirty place. The sheets were stained. We reported it as soon as we arrived and they offered no solution. The building is a constant hubbub of people coming and going, drinking, and shouting. A generally unpleasant atmosphere. We called a taxi and left. Not recommended at all. We wasted our time and money.

Excellent service, all our needs were met. Excellent service with a great location that even allows you to skip the need to drive to reach the most central areas of Santander, both restaurants and various sightseeing options. The building is very beautiful; you can tell it's been restored and renovated with attention to detail. We all loved the decor of the rooms, as we were several couples, and all our requests were met. Totally recommend.

Cozy house in the center of Santander. EVERYTHING NEWLY RENOVATED! The bright rooms are super nice and practical, and the location is just 2 km from Steno Beach and within walking distance of all the desirable amenities in the center. The harmonious decor makes for a warm stay, and the service is very accommodating. I recommend it without hesitation!

The stay was excellent. The location is phenomenal, close to everything but in a very quiet area. The accommodation is very comfortable and everything is brand new, with many details that make the difference. The care taken in every corner is evident. Furthermore, the host was very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to which I would love to return.

We stayed for four nights. When we arrived at the house, the entrance was very well explained. The room was very clean upon arrival, and everything was brand new. It gave us a very good impression, even though the window overlooked an adjacent house and a busy street. Everything was fine until we realized we could hear absolutely everything from other rooms, from outside, and from the door and hallway. On the other hand, the floor creaked quite a bit, and there was no trash can. As for comfort, the mattress was fine, but the pillow was too high for our taste. We would like to emphasize that the cleaning caused our rating of the room to drop. The only thing they did was make the bed. They didn't change the sheets or towels, or simply vacuum the floor. We told the host, and he responded very quickly but didn't offer any kind of solution. Therefore, the accommodation is fine, but not in terms of value for money, especially due to the cleanliness. If it had been better or decent, we would certainly have had a different opinion of it. I also want to emphasize that the host was very kind and helpful, refunding me part of the cleaning fee for the reasons described above. We recommend it for a couple of nights.
