Such a perfect rural escape on the Camino del Norte! Our group arrived exhausted after a long day of walking and Nieves and Manuel were kind enough to book a table for us for dinner and even drive us there! The hotel could not be more charming, with a log fire and lovely decor, and the homemade breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to another day on the Camino. Cannot recommend enough.
Nieves and Manuel were incredible hosts at this charming, quaint and very comfortable hotel in a stunning location on the Camino. The rooms were beautifully appointed with great showers and there is a room downstairs with an open fire, a great place to relax. Manuel very kindly drove us to our dinner reservation and they both cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning. A must stay on the Camino Del Norte!
A very charming stay. The Posada has great character and gave us a very warm welcome. We were a big group and all had a lovely stay! A great stop for Camino pilgrims or if you are visiting the region.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Fuente de las Anjanas. The accommodation, right on the Camino del Norte way, is beautiful inside and out! The garden is gorgeous and so well tended! Inside is very spacious and decorated beautifully! The host and hostess are delightful and helpful! We enjoyed our conversation with them. Our bedroom was large and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. We had dinner and it was delicious and plenty! An amazing place to stay!
Fabulous stay half way between Hortigal & Serdio on the Camino del norte stage 3 ran by a beautiful couple who made us feel very welcome & like being at home! Great breakfast with a big pot of coffee. Muchas gracias, Jo & John from Ireland x
