1 / 5 Rats, misleading marketing, filth, and poor service. We will NOT be back.
We booked villa number 23 with a garden for our only vacation of the year. Eight nights for €1,512. What promised to be a relaxing retreat turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
Poor and misleading infrastructure
• Very little natural light, making the atmosphere gloomy.
• The jacuzzi emitted a strong musty smell from the drains.
• The kitchen is unacceptable for the price: basic cutlery, tiny stovetop, refrigerator without a freezer, dirty dish rack.
• The toilet doesn't have a door, but rather a sliding glass partition, which compromises privacy and generates odors.
• Cobwebs were visible in several areas of the complex.
The photos on the website do not reflect reality. They show spacious, sunny gardens that are not representative of most of the villas. There are no pictures of the kitchen or bathroom, probably because their condition is disappointing. Marketing deceives the customer.
Customer service: cold and lacking empathy
From the very first moment, the reception was hostile. The person in charge barely spoke to us, showing no courtesy or interest in our well-being. A welcome that clearly demonstrates a lack of care for the customer.
The most serious incident: A RAT in the garden
Halfway through our stay, we saw a RAT emerging from a drain in our private garden. My wife is pregnant, and the presence of rodents poses a serious health risk. The establishment's response was to move us to a smaller villa without a garden, refunding us a mere 80 euros. Furthermore, we wasted the entire morning waiting for the new room to become available.
The manager, José Luis, downplayed the incident, calling it "a field mouse," when it was clearly coming out of a drain connected to the sewer system. His proposed compensation was one night in another property belonging to the group, during the off-season and without the option of a weekend. Value: 81 euros. And on top of that, they "promised" us a night, but only verbally; they didn't even bother to give us a voucher or a written agreement as they should. A clearly inadequate solution.
Conclusion
The experience was deeply disappointing. The villa doesn't live up to its promises, the customer service is poor, and the handling of serious incidents like the presence of rats is unacceptable. We do not recommend this place under any circumstances. There are much better options in the area, with better service, better-maintained facilities, and fairer prices.
We are very, very disappointed with the villa, the stay, and the service. There are much better value and more charming places in the area. We will NOT be returning.
4 / 5 We spent two nights in one of the duplexes...very nice with its whirlpool tub, but the cleanliness could be a bit better and the lighting was poor. We had a great breakfast with very friendly staff. They gave us a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, but now I have an 8 euro charge on my account, so I think they overcharged us...I don't think we'll return.
5 / 5 Excellent service and daily cleaning. The apartment is good value for money. If I had to ask, I'd add a clothesline. We'll definitely be back.

5 / 5 We stayed this past weekend, and Begoña gave us fantastic service, even offering us a refreshing glass of Moscato in the garden—a lovely touch.
The room was spectacular, with everything we could possibly need. It was a truly relaxing and unwinding weekend, and we'll definitely be back.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful and very comprehensive, and the place is incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing and recharging.
