The restaurant overcharged us and then the staff got aggressive and confrontational when we pointed it out. Food so so, but very expensive. There are plenty of good options close by. Avoid this one.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at this restaurant in Tapia de Casariego. We started with homemade croquettes, both ham and chorizo, accompanied by some very tasty calamari. Next, we shared two portions of perfectly grilled monkfish and two more of hake, which was simply exceptional: fresh, juicy, and so tender it melted in our mouths. We finished the meal with a delicious homemade cheesecake. We want to highlight the friendliness of the staff, their warm welcome, and the care they took with our service. A highly recommended gastronomic experience.
The hotel is very well located, close to the pier, and has many places to eat or drink nearby, with a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and very nice, and the service is wonderful. Maria and Victoria were super friendly. The stay at Hotel La Cuesta was truly fantastic. Thank you so much ❤️
I can't imagine a better place to stay in Tapia than this. Cristina and María couldn't have been more pleasant and friendly. They made the stay a pleasant experience from the first second. The room was completely clean, as was the bathroom. The bed linens and towels were spotless. Very comfortable. It has an elevator, making it excellent for people with special accessibility needs.
