My family and I went with our pets and the treatment was unbeatable, everything was very well explained and the hostess was very attentive and friendly. It was a very pleasant stay and I definitely recommend it.

If I had to suggest any improvements, the mattress is very soft, although that also depends on taste. The information upon check-in and check-out was perfect.
