The Albergue was nice. 1 shower and bathroom for men. 1 shower and bathroom for women. Hot water with good water pressure. The beds are good. They give you a disposable fitted sheet & pillow case but you need to have your own bedding. Lights on at 7am and out the door by 8am. Breakfast was coffee with bread (no toaster) and jam . At the time the washer and dryer weren’t working. But there was a wash basin and drying rack. There are bars and restaurants nearby
Nice Albergue, small with only 11 beds but does have some facilities like a washer/dryer, fridge,microwave and kettle. There are spare mattresses which are put in the hallway but only available if you arrive later in the evening 6pm+
It is a cosy albergue with very friendly and helpful volunteers, I recommend it for everyone. The place is new, it is well equipped and clean, and the hospitaleros can help you with everything. The village is very nice, too: it is at 17 km from Gernika and 13/14 km from Bilbao, so it is a perfect stop between the two cities :)
Very nice and modern Albergue ,they only have 11 beds so be sure to get there early, the lady running it is very accommodating though and did out mattresses in the floor to accommodate extra people who arrived when it was full
Great location, cosy place and a very nice host. No kitchen facilities and not comfortable and nice communal area. Good that lockers were provided.
