Hotel Zarauz

Comfortable stay and very easy to get to. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and simple to navigate, which made everything straightforward. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout, and they really contributed to a positive overall experience.

Sloppy. They upgraded the windows which means no venting or air flow at all. Open the window and you get mosquitos. The night desk person said 'it's an old building'. No fans in the room. No help of any kind. A fan in the room is a simple solution. If it is over 20 C stay elsewhere. They are sloppy here.

The word is OK. It's cheap and well located, yet the room is NOT comfortable. I've travelled often and seen different ranges of hotels and the bed is truly uncomfortable. I can sleep anywhere and it was hard to sleep there, also because it is 14th June and they have the central heat opened. Finally, we took the breakfast there and HORRIBLE. Even the plain croissant was bad, and the orange juice undrinkable. The service was correct, but in general terms it's not advisable: don't meet the conditions of a three stars hotel. It was clean tho.

I've never been to this place. I just looked it up on a map. Google asked me to review it. So who's the mug? Anyway. The staff are probably really nice. And, I'm going to take a punt on this, they probably have really nice hair. Just going out on a limb there. #wildcard In terms of local sights. I don't know, man. Probably really cool if you're into Spanish stuff and that. 5/5 would heartily recommend. Especially if you're tired. Cos they've got beds all over the joint. It's a hotel. Makes sense, if you think about it. Peace.

Had lunch with my family on a Saturday. Simple but well cooked food, good size and a very reasonable price for a Saturday menu. Quite nice dinning-room, and friendly staff. Easy access by wheelchair.
