The room was very clean, the location was right off the square. We are walking the Camiño del Norte and it was very convenient for our route.
Through no fault of the hotel, I double booked. Without question or hesitation, they provided a full refund. This was totally above and beyond what was necessary or expected. I was very grateful. Otherwise, all was as expected - polite, clean basic rooms, great location.
My husband and I stayed here from Holy Thursday to Sunday (2025). After what I'd heard, I was a little apprehensive, but nothing could be further from the truth. The room was very cute, clean, and had a balcony. The flat-screen TV was great. The only drawback, if you can call it that, was that the shower was a bit cramped. I'd seen photos of ugly, sad, and old rooms with "cuéntame" bedspreads, but when I arrived, I didn't find any of that. But there are some photos that are pitiful; the people are unsympathetic. I'll definitely return.
The only drawbacks I would mention are that we were cold at night and the towels were sometimes dirty, and it was quite noisy. Very good location and very friendly staff.
