Stayed there during a Camino bike trip from Porto to Compostela. The hostel is very well located, since pretty convenient to reach and in front of a nice beach. Nevertheless, the cleanliness of the rooms are poor and the breakfast totally sucks (they served us molded muffins). Also the staff is very unprofessional. Definitely wouldn't stay if it wasn't for it's location.

Rafaël is a great guy with a very cute little dog. After long camino day he suggested himself to drive us to the mountain and take us back. He also drove us to the city center to a local seafood restaurant. In the morning he left us a nice and simple breakfast, coffee and toast, as much as we wanted. The rooms are basic, but at a great location at a nice small, beautiful beach. Thanks Rafa!

I have to say was slighty sceptical about the place due to reviews and first impressions. But please don't worry about a thing. Rafa, the owner and his lovely Dog Nina were more than welcoming. Going out of his way to give lifts into town and to the locals sights. Even setting up breakfast early for a small but keen group of pilgrims. Pleasant stay for one night, also incredible ocean sounds to drift asleep to and you get a head start on the other pilgrims. Gotta get those K's brah 😎

Place was rundown, WiFi shakey, bath small ... but place was very clean, gorgeous views and location, check-in was pleasant, price excellent... I would stay there again.

I've traveled all over - but I was appalled and shocked by the lack of hygiene in this hotel. Bed bugs and cockroaches ... filthy ... we were on the bottom floor but literally fled in the morning after seeing the kitchen and having chased bedbugs off the bed...a nightmare
