had bed bugs - i had to wait until 1am after calling the reception line frantically multiple times because no one was at reception desk. The manager (or maybe owner) treated me with contempt and annoyance as though it was my fault and how dare I bring it up, did not offer to help with any laundry or give advice on how to deal with it, of course did not offer a refund and then practically threw cash at my face when i insisted for a refund after a long stressful night and morning trying to deal with the situation responsibly so as to not spread the bugs. As a hotel, infestations are a cause for regulatory authority in hospitality to fine you or even close your operations. And it is your responsibility to others to handle it, not your customers. The elderly woman who cares for the place is very kind and understanding, I am not formally reporting this because I don't want it to negatively impact the other good people who work here. But this man was just awful.
Very noisy , no AC, our room faced the street and there was noise all night long
This small 2 stars hotel at the city center it's a must! Not because it's luxury but because it's cozy, the owner it's exceptionally friendly, it's very clean and quiet and, guess what, you have 2 mineral water bottles each day (I'm writing this post in a 4 star hotel in Spain where I got nothing 😁). Highly recommend.
Good location for the Camino. Breakfast rather nice. However we did wonder why were we not offered a tapa with our drinks at the bar when everyone around us got something.
This is a small boutique hotel in the centre of the town. Everything you need is within walking distance. Great room with tub/shower. Very clean, friendly staff, and all at a great price too. AMC
