Great Albergue for all Pilgrams, bunk beds were comfortable and there is a draw curtain for privacy. The showers are hot and amazing especially after a long walk. Not much in town to explore except the bridge but the cafe next door is excellent. Staff are super helpful and friendly.
Well located on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle, we booked the upper floor appartment and it was really worth it. Wellcoming staff (Maria) and owner Thomas was very nice to us. Bom camino !!
First day as a pilgrim, We arrived exhausted. It was very simple and humble, but with magnificent structure as the shared rooms are very good with doors for more privacy. Comfy and hot shower. Tremendous kitchen, clean and spacious. Very important for making food to continue the journey. Small market and a friendly restaurant live by the side of it, making it easier for the tough path we faced. Patient and friendly staff, Maria the host/receptionist very kind person and understanding. If you still dont have a shell and if needed a raincoat as we did use 5/5 days of the camiño they have around there for sell for 1.50€ both of them. Friendly neighbourhood with a good spirit of the camiño. Nothing money greedy.
This is a very nice but simple hostel that is probably targeting Camino de Santiago hikers. We were a family passing through with a car so stood out a little from the crowd, but found it a great place to stay. The rooms were very neat and functional. The sort-of attached restaurant was good. There is also common area with kitchen so you can prep food for yourself. It is an easy walk to a beach on the river. This gets very popular with the local at certain times and is full of life. Great for a cooling splash.
My friend and I paid for the private room that had three beds between the two of us. It was a great experience, the owner was very helpful and the facilities were very clean. It's in a good location and only a 5 min walk to a local river beach that is great to swim in. I did my laundry at this property which took about and hour and the clothes smelled nice and fresh. But the shared living area/kitchen was a little warm, and you are not able to open a window to air it out.
