Hotel Anunciada in Baiona is in a great location right on the waterfront. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was poor. Only hotel where you have few to no choices for breakfast. It was chaotic and the server rushed through the order. It was coffee, juice, bread and more bread. Basically even though they had croissants which my husband asked for, we both got a sandwich with ham and cheese and another piece of dried toasted bread.
Great location. David at the front desk was very efficient and knowledgeable. Service at the restaurant was fast but not too friendly. Breakfast was minimal, coffee, bread and orange juice. I would recommend this place because of the location.
Hotel is fine (room and location). Staff on check-in very cold and disinterested. The breakfast arrangement was very strange. Felt like we were in a prison camp with rules on what we could eat! We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. Breakfast was: 1 piece of fruit, 1 juice, 1 coffee, 1 sandwich, 1 piece of toast. Anything else you will be charged.
Beautiful location. Great Service. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast for Camino pilgrims. Conveniently located to the Camino and to the beach.
My husband and I came here for our breakfast whilst doing the Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. The Hotel is nicely situated for the attractions and amenities. Breakfast was continental, a freshly squeezed orange juice a brioche a piece of fruit and a nice cup of coffee. Staff were very efficient.
