Hotel Rompeolas

I've slept really well the night I spent at this wonderful, non- assuming small hotel in front of the majestic Atlantic. Staff is attentive, place is clean and equipped with all the necessities that allow you to have an excellent stay. Highly recomendable according to my experience.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Carlos, muito simpático, facultou todas as informações necessárias para a nossa estadia. Assim como toda a equipa, sempre amáveis e prestáveis. O hotel está bem localizado, próximo dos principais pontos de interesse de Baiona. O quarto com varanda tem uma vista deslumbrante para o mar e para o Parador. Embora mesmo junto ao mar e estrada de acesso ao centro de Baiona, o quarto tinha boa insonorização. Tudo muito limpo e asseado, com limpeza diária do quarto. O pequeno almoço é bom, variado e servido á mesa. O hotel tem ainda uma grande sala comum muito bonita e explanada exterior.

The hotel is a bit vintage, but even that has its charm. We were very comfortable because it's in a great location and the views are fantastic. The owner is lovely. He helps you with everything you need and is also very friendly. As for the staff, they were all delightful. The breakfast is continental. I'll definitely go back again.

We loved it. We spent five fantastic days there. The reception staff (all shifts) and the cafeteria staff treated us extremely well. The location is privileged, and our room and the hotel terrace overlooking the sea were wonderful.

Magnificent hotel with spectacular views of Baiona, with the Cíes Islands directly opposite. Both the staff and the hotel are excellent. I plan to return. The rooms are very clean, cool in summer, and have a large bathroom. The breakfast offered is very good; it's a shame there's no restaurant. You feel like you're among family, both among the guests (families and middle-aged people) and the staff, who are very pleasant to talk to. It feels like a hotel straight out of the 1950s. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates tranquility.
