I decided to visit Barcelos at the last minute and booked the flat for the night. Francisca met me, showed me around the apartment and kindly sent me recommendations for dinner, etc. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and very cozy. Felt close to everything you need and want to see (including a proper grocery store). Great value. Would be lovely to have a longer stay.
Four of us stayed for a week at Casa Dourada. The house is charming and very well-equipped. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who is also an artist and has decorated the place with great finesse. The house is located close to many tourist attractions. We recommend it.

Adorei! Fomos muito bem recebidos com uns miminhos especiais, ligados a gastronomia e a cultura Barecelense. Sítio muito calmo é muito acolhedor, junto ao rio onde passei momentos inesquecíveis e onde pude andar de canoa e paddle. Ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos! ❤️
