Clean, spacious accommodation with the comforts of a 5-star H at an affordable price for any budget. Large room with bathroom and private balcony and large and very well-kept common areas, highlighting the billiard room, the terrace with barbecue and stone table and laundry area (washing machine and dryer)
Large space for 2 people, but we couldn't fit three people in the room, as the "extra bed" was a sofa bed. There were about 4 guest rooms in the whole house and the other rooms were common areas (laundry room in the garage, dining room, billiard room, kitchen, toilet on each floor, entrance hall..) A large house near the beach. The quality/price ratio was ok.
The house has everything you need; my room was perfect, very bright, with windows on two sides. The kitchen was fully equipped (including a dishwasher!), there was a large balcony, a washing machine with detergent, good bed linens and towels, a pool table, etc. I was allowed to rent a bicycle. I really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. The location is right in the center. Next time I come to Esposende, I won't look for any other accommodation, only Riverzenhouse.
Disappointing. With good reviews, I expected much more. The house is quite old and the cleanliness was very poor; there were insects in the room. The bathroom had no hairdryer, shower gel, or shampoo. Very expensive for what it is. I don't recommend it at all.
