This hotel has 2 buildings, one appears to be more updated with mini split AC but the one across from the front desk is the worst experience I have had in hotels in my life. We booked to celebrate my birthday and I made sure to book a room had AC since it was very hot during summer. When I arrived they gave me a room on the last floor that was so hot I asked to be changed to another room. The ladies at the front desk were always very polite and trying to accommodate but they cannot fix a fundamental problem: the whole building, every room of it (I checked 4 rooms), have very old central AC that barely blows a bit of air, unable to cool during summer months. Even the 2 ladies that kept coming to the rooms to check on my complains were unable to stay in the rooms without complaining about how hot it was, in every room I tried. I ended up getting frustrated because they should not advertise having AC if the AC is not working and it’s unable to cool. This hotel does false advertising. I ended up cancelling my stay with a refund from booking and drove by home. I would never stay here again or recommend it..
Directly on the Camino path. Clean room although the most uncomfortable toilet, it's something trendy and it's not practical. Apart from that, it is right near the Roman bridge with a bar/restaurant opposite. Beautiful place in ponte de Lima.
Reception staff helpful, great location but room was too small for 2 people very cramped and not enough storage space for two cases. The hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm . You can also hear people in next room very easily. No fridge or water in room. Breakfast adequate but ran out of items very quickly, - shame as it's a really great spot
Amazing location with a beautiful view. Room has a fair amount of space (at least for 2) with a big bathroom. Breakfast is also available as well as lunch and dinner, but lunch and dinner have to be booked. Breakfast was really good, a normal continental with a great coconut cake and a wide selection of drinks. End up not taking pictures of the room itself, but I hope the picture of the view will entice you enough. The location is perfect. It’s only a beautiful walk away from the city centre. I already recommended for my family and will do the same for close friends
