Casa da Roseira

This is the most beautiful place we stayed on the Camino de Santiago! There’s a big pink house in the middle of vineyards that overlook the town — we felt like we were on the set of a movie. There’s a pool and fruit trees, and they brought us breakfast right to our patio. The owner, Felipe, is incredibly kind and helpful, and even gave us bottles of wine from the vineyard to drink (delicious). We were so happy that we decided to stop walking for a day so we could stay an extra night! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Portugal.

The warmest reception ever by the owners. Beautiful setting, nice gardens all around the property, swimming pool at at your door step. Bottle of wine, a few cans of beer and a basket of fruit as welcome. Wonderful breakfast. Will most certainly return. Alberto, Lila and Joaquim

A year later we are still thinking about our magical visit to Casa da Roseira. Felipe was a caring and generous host. Highly recommend to anyone passing on through Ponte de Lima (on the Camino or otherwise) looking for a taste of home!

Uma das melhores experiências que já tive, o Sr. Filipe foi extremamente atencioso, o lugar além de lindíssimo, é confortável, fazem-te se sentir em casa, sem falar do pequeno almoço que é servido na varanda do quarto, a senhora que nos serviu também de uma simpatia imensa, também tem a gatinha que se chama Shakira e é super mimosa, anda sempre lá, recebemos do Sr Filipe imensas recomendações de roteiro sobre os gerês que foi onde fomos, mas também sobre a cidade, uma experiência a repetir, relação custo benefício super compensou, a casa inteira é climatizada, também tem lareira para os dias frios, frigorifico, mesa para jantar, casa de banho com banheira, sem contar a piscina fantástica, mesmo para uma escapada de fim de semana vale super a pena
