Casa da Travessa

Very clean rooms with a communal kitchen, free coffee and tea, washing machine and drying area. You get a very warm welcome from Christina who can give you lots of local advice. It is right in the centre of town, 50 m from the Camino route and there are shops, bars and restaurants close by. It was my favourite place for an overnight stay during the week it took to walk from Porto to TUI.

Absolutely beautiful location and room. We stayed in one of the private rooms (brand new) and it has everything you need. Cristina went above and beyond to give us amazing service and is the sweetest person!! It has everything you need near by as well (restaurants, markets for food, clothing stores etc). Can’t recommend this place enough 11/10 😊 Rooms were amazing, had a fridge, dish washer, brand new showers/bathrooms. There is also AC and heating for the different times of year.

Pretty neat and good hotel in the city center. You get a wonderfull room, a great shower and nice services included. The host is super and really gives ypu a warm Welcome. The only thing missing i think for giving it a full 5 stars is that some kind of breakfast would be included. Could be simple yoghurt, cereals etc. There is a good amount of good things about this place and just that little extra would make it perfect 🎯

I've been around the world my fair share and I've never experienced a warmer welcome and a comfier bed. Weary from the camino I had to take a breather and choosing to stop here was a very lucky bet. I can't thank you enough, Cristina, whenever I'm in Ponte de Lima I'll stop at your relais and feel like home.

This place is the NICEST I have stayed in all my Camino travels. Everything is super clean and nice looking. There is laundry and a wonderful coffee machine in the kitchen. The location is great and the hostess is very kind and wonderful. I hope to come back some day.
