Casa de Chandezil

Amazing stay in Casa de Chandezil for a week in August. Perfect place to rest and just be... Pedro and Carla are a very friendly couple that will help you feel at home at all times. Great talks. Thank you for that. The house itself is very welcoming with big rooms, small kitchen, private entry and some amazing bathrooms. Also you have a huge garden where you can walk, lay down in a net bed or just read a book beneath the chestnut trees. Since we went there in August, the pool was also perfect. Thank you Pedro&Carla for an unforgettable week. We'll sure be back soon.

Great location, very close to Ponte de Lima but still in the country side. Beautiful big country house. The hosts are very friendly, great conversationalists and speak perfect english and of course portuguese. The Minho region is kind of magical and this a great place to set camp and travel around, but you should have a car. I felt like I had left the "normal" world and been transported to a special place. Unfortunately I did not spend much time there, but if travel to that region again I will probably go back.

Amazing weekend spent in this very beautiful place. Such a culturally rich region to discover.

Two bedrooms and a living room with a refrigerator and teapot. Comfortable beds and surroundings full of trees and tranquility. Very cozy breakfast room with enough to satisfy you. Good treatment from Carla. The house near the town.
