I really loved it here. Heloise was so welcoming. And the Camino stamp is the envy of all! I had a private room which did look over the bus station but I closed the shutters and enjoyed privacy. Bathrobes are incredibly nice touch. The single toilet / shower does get a little busy in the morning unfortunately but we girls worked out a system. Snacks and coffee to help yourself and a lounge too. Decent kitchen. Just be prepared for a walk to it. Near a big supermarket 500m

Don't book there. I paid 30 euros to get a double bed in a private room. What I got was a 3 bed room with 3 single beds. Unfortunately, the woman at the reception couldn't speak English. She was on the phone with her boss and all I heard was "Problema". Then I spoke to the boss on the phone; She was overly friendly and didn't tell me there was a problem, just that I should pay quickly now! I felt very ripped off because I paid 30 euros for a bed that actually only costs 15. Unfortunately I couldn't communicate with anyone because the lady downstairs didn't speak English (but it wasn't her fault either - I think she's being very exploited by the owners). There was no chance of contacting the boss. The showers were cold, so after 40km of walking I couldn't even take a shower. It was very, very loud and there was no response to my request. No batteries in the remote control. No recommendation from me.

Fantastic value for money. Far exceeded expectations. Great size room with very comfortable bed. Lovely soft pillows and duvet. A big stack of towels, towelling bathrobe. Staff lovely, and breakfast was a help yourself with bread, pastry, cereal, cheese, ham, fruit, cake and Nespresso coffee maker. Can not fault this place. Spotless too and toiletries in bathrooms. An 8-10 minute walk from the bridge and old town but what do you expect for the price? As value for money goes i can't think of anywhere i've stayed that was half as good for the price.

Miguel at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond. My friend and I wanted to order pizza and he called *multiple* places trying to help us. We also needed a pharmacy and he not only called the pharmacy but drove us there and translated for us. The hostel itself is very clean and has lots of amenities. There is laundry on site and a big breakfast, plus snacks throughout the day. Location is great, near the main square and attractions. Looks just like the photos provided.

Decent price for a private room. Thanks to the lovely lady from Brazil that checked me in! Would recommend
