We stayed at this hotel on our Camino Portuguese. We were very disappointed by the unfriendliness of the staff. The hotel is also just old and tired. The rooms were clean enough but the mini bar was expensive and you even had to pay for water. I would not stay here again.
Good value hotel in the center of Pontevedra, right on the edge of the old city. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Easy to walk to many of the things in Pontevedra that you would like to see; museums, restaurants. 20 minute walk to the train station. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear some noise from neighboring rooms. Recommended.
Wonderful aesthetic, staff, and rooms are lovely. Richardo in the restaurant is the kindest and most attentive staff we've met. He took care of everything and has an eagle's eye for detail and care.
Really good location. Staff are helpful. The rest is poor. Parking is first come first served, so you can’t be guaranteed a slot. The pillow: better off using a toilet roll. The mattress, not terrible. The noise from other rooms is like people above you are in the room with you, doors have gaps so every sound coms in. The tiled floor acts like a bloody megaphone for people walking. If your easily woken by large noises avoid.
Great location. Near lots of food and shops. Rooms a little jaded and very thin walls so can hear people talking upstairs and beside us. We had to be up early too so didn’t bother us too much.
