Parador de Pontevedra

Room was nice/superior room 101. Breakfast good, but Service Team not really interested to offer client orientated and friendly service. You really need to wait until being served. This is a bit frustrating, when you know how much you pay for a room with Breakfast. For example if you come around 9:00, no water/ no bread / no Salmon / very little ham available, but also only 1 Service member for the whole breakfast room, so of course, they cannot manage everything. So, Management, please offer better handling and more Motivation of your team, thanks.

A small but beautiful parador with some of the best service we experienced across the chain. Great location. The garden was the absolute star, it was so special being able to have dinner & drinks there

I loved staying here! The building itself was magical, so beautiful and majestically historical 😍 the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! I have only positive things to say, maybe except a warning for light sleepers: the wooden floors can be noisy when someone walks on them, so bring earplugs.

I loved this hotel! It is a former castle and just beautiful. The rooms are very nice - the bathrooms are remodeled but dark. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Dinner was especially good. The food was delicious and the service attentive.

Staying at a remodeled 16th century palace by the heart of a medieval town. What beats that? The place exudes old world charm, the setting, gardens, furniture and art. Super attentive service from the moment you arrive. Immaculate clean rooms and comfortable bedding and towels. The restaurant is top notch. The property doesn't have parking but you can reach it with your car, they give you all the time you need to unload your luggage and there is a convenient parking five minutes walk away. Highly recommended.
