I stayed in the downstairs apartment at Slow City Hostel on Sept 30. Paid 160€ for one night, but the place was dusty, not very clean, and I left with bed bug bites. Worst of all, we were locked out of retrieving our clothes (including essential socks,undergarments for the Camino). We texted, sent WhatsApps, and left notes, but got no response. Location is good, but for the price and lack of hygiene,communication, I would not recommend.
Nice hostel with everything needed by a pilgrim. Comfortable bed in the dormitory. Kitchen, washing and dryer machine. Very central position. Only one toilet and one shower for all the guests. Bathroom should have been cleaner.
Mario is an amaizing guy! 😍 He helped us out when we needed a place SOS to stay! He welcomed us friendly even if we arrived late to the check-in time. He showed us around, showed everything carefully and in details. Again as a thank you I decided to write a recommendation 🙂 Again, Mario, thanks for your patience and opportuntity!
Beautiful, clean 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely decor. The beds are comfortable - warm and delightful. Great small kitchen and lounge. Jorge was very helpful and turned on the heating fo us prior to arrival as it was cold and wet. Great hot water also! We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful, hostile – spacious, comfortable, clean. Mario is super friendly and helpful. Terrific location. This felt more like a private room versus a albergue. And big towels!
